Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "u9999" refers to the online gaming platform operated at u9999.vu, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible via that domain.
• "Member" or "Player" means any individual who has registered a user account on u9999 and has been granted access to the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Member on u9999, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "Platform" means the u9999 website, its technology infrastructure, game catalogue, sports betting markets, payment systems, and all associated services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of u9999.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must stake from Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to u9999 is prohibited by local law, as updated periodically at u9999's sole discretion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by u9999 prior to withdrawal approval.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing u9999, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform — whether in whole or in part — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with u9999's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using u9999 and close your Account if one exists. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering a u9999 Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited.
• You are accessing u9999 voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of u9999 or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or otherwise permanently barred from u9999.
• All personal information you provide to u9999 is accurate, complete, and current.

u9999 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents — including a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time for the purpose of verifying age, identity, or source of funds. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Age Verification Process

All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents accepted by u9999 include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Documentary proof of address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or another Pakistani institution — may also be required at u9999's discretion.

Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one active u9999 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Upon registration, Members are required to provide accurate personal information including a valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. u9999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Member.

Account Security Obligations

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your u9999 Account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication via your Pakistani mobile number, which u9999 strongly recommends for all Accounts.
• Notify u9999 immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session when using a shared or public device.

u9999 will never contact a Member to request their password. Any communication claiming to be from u9999 and requesting Account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to u9999 support immediately.

Deposits & Payments

u9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits are credited to the Member's PKR Account balance upon successful processing.

u9999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of u9999. u9999 accepts no responsibility for any fees charged by third-party payment services.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of their withdrawable real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full: the Member's KYC verification is complete and approved; the withdrawal amount does not include Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements; and no active fraud investigation or security review is pending on the Account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 2 to 12 hours during standard business hours.
• First-time withdrawals on a new Account require completed KYC verification before processing commences.
• u9999 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests, but processing times may vary based on payment provider load.

u9999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or Accounts with unusual activity patterns. Such checks may temporarily delay withdrawal processing. u9999 will communicate the reason for any such delay to the Member via live chat or email within 24 hours of the request being received.

Bonuses & Promotions

u9999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses at u9999 is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering completion are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• u9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus-related winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of manipulation is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Bonuses are available to Pakistani Members only where u9999 has determined the promotion is applicable. u9999 may geographically restrict promotional offers at its sole discretion.

Gaming Rules

All games available on u9999 — including but not limited to live casino table games, slots, Dragon Gate, and American Football and cricket sports betting — are subject to their own individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

Random number generator (RNG) outcomes for all applicable games are determined by certified and independently audited software. u9999 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any RNG game result after a betting round has commenced. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of winnings in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, u9999 will apply the following resolution procedure: if the game state can be determined from server records, the game will be resolved according to that state; if the game state cannot be determined with certainty, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account balance.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on u9999 — covering PSL, international cricket, UFC, American Football, and other events — are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport. Settled results are based on official scores from the relevant governing body. u9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on u9999. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds, at u9999's sole discretion:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including fraudulent age or identity information.
• Registering more than one Account on u9999 under any name, email address, device, or IP address.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to access, manipulate, or exploit any part of the u9999 Platform or its games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, including coordinated play in poker or other multi-player formats to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Using a third party's payment method, financial account, or identity to fund or withdraw from your u9999 Account.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Accessing u9999 from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards u9999 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

u9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by u9999.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to the dormant account procedures described below.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or anti-money laundering obligation.
• A Member's voluntary self-exclusion request.

Dormant Account Policy

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. u9999 will notify the Member at their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy-related balance adjustment. Any remaining real-money balance in a dormant Account will be preserved for a further 12-month period before potential forfeiture. Members may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming

u9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through Account Settings on any registered u9999 Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss per gaming session after which u9999 will prompt you to stop or automatically end the session.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your u9999 Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off, your Account cannot be accessed and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from u9999 for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

Intellectual Property

All content on u9999, including but not limited to the u9999 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, audio, video, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of u9999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the u9999 Platform for their own personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any u9999 content or technology without the prior express written consent of u9999.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u9999 shall not be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with:

• Interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the u9999 Platform due to technical maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond u9999's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to safeguard their credentials.
• Losses arising from any game outcome, including unfavourable results in RNG games, live casino tables, or sports betting markets.
• Actions taken by u9999 in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including Account suspension or bonus forfeiture in response to detected violations.
• Errors in odds or game data resulting from third-party data feed failures, where correction was applied as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery.

u9999's total aggregate liability to any Member, under any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their u9999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

u9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a u9999 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by u9999 includes, but is not limited to, registration details, payment information, gaming activity records, device identifiers, and communications with the u9999 support team. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter Member rights or obligations, and formatting changes — may be made without prior notice and will take effect from the date of publication on u9999.

Members who do not agree with any amended Terms and Conditions should immediately cease using u9999 and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available balance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions in full.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u9999 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or a Member's use of u9999, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting u9999 support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial notification, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in u9999's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. The foregoing dispute resolution procedure does not affect any right a Member may have to refer a complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority overseeing u9999's licence.
